Ben - Owner Director
Ben has over 12 years of experience in the 4WD industry and a strong passion for all things adventure. He founded Adventure 4x4 in 2013, which has since grown into ARB Rockingham, one of Australia’s largest ARB dealers. Ben’s dedication to customer service and love for the outdoors continue to drive him and the team every day.
Clayton - Owner Manager
A longtime friend of Ben, Clayton joined our team just over seven years ago. Starting out in sales/management, he is now a business partner alongside Ben. His passion for sales and the automotive industry brings extensive knowledge to the team, always striving to achieve the best results for our customers.
Sales Team
Trent - Salesperson
Coming up on five years with us, Trent started in sales and now leads the team as our sales Manager, overseeing everything from the showroom to sales operations. Always up for a laugh, he’s a true 4WD enthusiast who loves hitting the tracks and camping with mates. Trent’s passion lies in creating memorable handovers and putting a smile on every customer’s face.
Jason - Salesperson
Jason is your go to expert for all Big Builds, including our MITS Alloy range. With extensive experience and knowledge, his passion for the outdoors drives him to help customers bring their dream rigs to life and tackle the tracks with confidence.
Gabby - Salesperson
Gabby’s a bit of an all-rounder! With over 4 years in the 4WD industry, she handles wholesale and dealership enquiries, warehouse, warranties, and customer sales. You’ll usually find her sending her Jimny straight through any mud or puddle she spots.
Liam - Salesperson
Liam has been part of our sales team for over a year and has worked on countless builds. His attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction drives him every day. An outdoor lover, if not on the footy field, you’ll often find Liam out on the tracks exploring.
Aaron - Salesperson
Aaron is one of our Sales Specialists at ARB Rockingham. A long-time local with over a decade in the 4x4 industry, he’s worked on countless builds and knows what it takes to take your setup to the next level. Having worked with some of the biggest brands in the country, Aaron stands by ARB’s range as the benchmark for quality and performance.
Bradley - Salesperson
Bradley joined us in 2021 for work experience and is now a valued member of our sales team. With plenty of builds under his belt, he loves seeing your builds come to life. A keen 4WD enthusiast, Bradley enjoys hitting the tracks with the team and pushing his rig to the limits.
Melissa - Admin
Melissa has been a valued member of our team for over five years, working behind the scenes to manage all things admin. She keeps the business running smoothly, ensuring everything is organised and that our team stays supported and happy.
Aimee - Marketing Coordinator
Aimee has recently joined the team, taking the lead on social media and marketing. With a strong focus on content creation and photography, she enjoys capturing builds from start to finish and sharing them with our audience. As a passionate 4WD enthusiast, she loves being part of the industry and bringing projects to life online.
Warehouse Team
Lincoln - Spare Parts
Lincoln has been with our warehouse team for over two years, overseeing all parts and incoming stock. He works behind the scenes to keep operations running smoothly and ensure you get your parts on time.
Jaken - Spare Parts
Jaken is a key member of our warehouse team, managing all parts and incoming stock. Working behind the scenes, he keeps everything running smoothly to ensure your parts are ready and delivered on time.
Workshop Team
Dylan R - Workshop Manager
Dylan is our Workshop Manager, having progressed from Head Technician and Workshop 2IC, bringing valuable hands-on experience into the role. A qualified auto electrician, he has led many of our major projects, from full MITS Alloy builds to complex electrical setups, ensuring every job meets the highest standard.
Andy - Technician
Andy has been with us for over five years and brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the team. As one of our Head Technicians, he takes on any job that comes his way, from full MITS Alloy builds to complex electrical systems, always delivering top quality workmanship.
Matt W - Technician
Matt has been with us for seven years, starting his journey by completing an apprenticeship with us and now working as a fully qualified auto electrician. His extensive knowledge and expertise in all things electrical and beyond, make him an invaluable part of our team.
Kieran – Technician
With years of experience working with ARB, Kieran brings a wealth of knowledge to the team. He delivers expert workmanship on everything from bull bars to complete vehicle builds, ensuring every project meets the highest standards.
Matt R - Technician
With years of experience in the automotive industry, Matt joined our team just over two years ago. Able to handle any job in the workshop, he delivers top-quality workmanship on everything from suspension upgrades to full vehicle transformations.
Jarrett - Technician
A newcomer to the team, Jarret is approaching his first year with us. With a wealth of experience under his belt, no job is too big for him, from MITS Alloy builds to bull bars and suspension work, Jarret tackles every task with skill and excellent workmanship.
Dylan J - Technician
Dylan has been with our team for a year, working on a wide range of builds, including full MITS Alloy builds. With years of knowledge and experience, he consistently delivers professional work that leaves the workshop ready for adventure.
